Bio: Kathryn Underwood joined Ledyard National Bank in 2005 as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Ledyard, she spent her entire professional career with the KeyBank organization in Maine. She began her career in lending then spent the next twelve years in wealth management and was responsible for managing the function for the state of Maine. During her last five years at KeyBank, Kathy served as their District President with the responsibility of managing all retail and business banking in the state. KeyBank is a $2.5 billion operation in Maine with 64 branches.

Kathy currently serves as treasurer and executive committee member of the Independent Community Bankers of America and also serves on the board of ICBA Securities. She is a member of the Upper Valley Corporate Council and serves on the American Heart Association Founders Affiliate Board, representing the Northeast region and the New Hampshire AHA Board. She has also served as the chairperson for Upper Valley Go Red For Women. Kathy is a director of the New Hampshire Bankers Association and a corporation member for the Montshire Museum of Science. She is a former board member and past president of the New Hampshire Bankers Association, past advisory board member for the Consumer Financial Protection Community Bank Council in Washington, D.C., and served a six-year term on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where she also served as the chairperson of their Audit Committee. She is a past board member of Kendal at Hanover, where she served for nine years, also chairing the Strategic Planning Committee. Kathy has an economics degree from the University of Southern Maine and is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP).

Bio: Dennis Mitchell has over 28 years of wealth management experience, the previous 4 years at Ledyard Financial Advisors as the organization’s Senior Vice President & Business Development Officer.

Prior to joining Ledyard, Dennis was the Senior Vice President for Sales & Marketing for Northern Trust’s New England market. His other positions at Northern Trust include Northwest Regional President based in Seattle, Washington as well as Northern California President based in San Francisco, California. He began his banking career at Peoples Heritage Bank in Portland, Maine before moving to Key Bank in Portland as their Trust & Investment Sales Manager.

Bio: William Kidder joined Ledyard National Bank in March 2015 as Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender, responsible for Ledyard’s commercial banking, and was promoted to Senior Lending Officer joining Ledyard's Senior Management Team in June of 2016.

Prior to joining our team, Bill spent six years at Merchants Bank as a Regional Manager and Vice President in the corporate banking department working out of Wilder, VT. In addition, Bill worked for three years at Citizens Bank, N.A. as a Vice President in commercial banking. He also worked in commercial banking for eighteen years at TD Bank, N.A., including its predecessors Banknorth and First Vermont Bank, most recently as a Vice President and commercial lender.

Bio: William Logan joined Ledyard National Bank’s Private Banking division in 2018 and has more than 25 years of wealth management and banking experience. His expertise centers on managing complex lending, banking, trust and investment relationships by providing customized strategies for individuals, families and institutions.

Prior to joining Ledyard, Bill was Senior Vice President & Market Leader for Citizens Bank’s Private Wealth Management team in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Prior to Citizens, Bill spent eight years as Senior Relationship Manager for Fidelity Investment’s Family Office Services group. Previously, Bill was Vice President & Team Leader for eight years at BNY Mellon Private Wealth Management in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Bill is a graduate of Providence College, earned his certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University’s School of Financial Management and is a Certified Wealth Strategist®.

Bill is currently on the Board of Directors of the Lighthouse School, Inc. and is a member of the Providence College President’s Council. Bio: Michael Parisi is a member of the Senior Management Team as Senior Vice President and Retail Banking Officer. He is responsible for the overall management of Branch Banking, including providing superior client service, hiring, training and staff development.

Michael comes to Ledyard from Citizens Bank, where he was employed for the past 10 years. He first held the position as a Branch Manager, then promoted to Regional Manager, and most recently held the position of Market Administration Manager. Michael has a BS in Accounting from University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Fitchburg State University. He currently lives in Amherst, New Hampshire, and will be relocating to the Upper Valley with his family.
